At NH Integrated Health Care our provider follows the State of New Hampshire’s criteria for the Therapeutic Medical Cannabis Program.

The Therapeutic Cannabis Program requires a medical relationship between a licensed provider and a patient during which the provider has conducted a full assessment of the patient’s medical history and current medical condition.
