What does “integrated healthcare” mean? Integrated healthcare is when more than one licensed credentialed health care provider, who provide diverse therapies, work out of one space. This allows the patient/client to have ready access to programs or services that will help them reach their optimal health!
NH Integrated Health Care (formerly Integrated Optimal Health) has been a health care provider since August 2010. We started our health care business in Plymouth, NH in 2010 and eventually ended up with two sites one in Auburn, Maine and one in Conway, NH.
We are now based out of Conway and Dover, New Hampshire. We see patients in person and remotely via TeleHealth visits. Receive the health care you need, safely and conveniently from the comfort of your home.

Marie Veselsky, RD, LD, CDE, BC-ADM
Marie is a Registered Dietitian that is licensed to practice Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) plays an important role for healing or treatment for any disease state including diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, renal disease and other chronic illnesses including Lyme disease and co-infections. Marie has over 20 years’ experience in renal disease and has worked with dialysis and chronic kidney disease patients since 2002.
Marie is a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) and is also Board Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management specializing in weight loss and diabetes education for individuals that want to use diet and lifestyle changes first, or in addition to, any medications that have been prescribed. She is the coordinator for our weight loss, diabetes, and fitness programs.
At NH Integrated Health care, we are licensed credentialed health care providers who offer diverse therapies and address the root cause of your health issues, to get you on the path to optimal health.
Dustin is a Lyme Literate Family Nurse Practitioner, who specializes in all types of diabetes, provides medically supervised weight loss, Lyme and chronic illness management and offers other general health care services. At our Diabetes Center, Dustin will provide individualized diabetes care, education, and intensive diabetes management, including prescribing diabetes medicine and insulin therapy where appropriate. Our comprehensive medically monitored weight loss program can help people lose the weight and improve weight related medical conditions.
