Everything breaks down to carbohydrates except meat and fat!

As I have been checking on other health care providers Facebook pages to see how they are fairing in this time of Coronavirus, I have noticed that some of them are now promoting a plant based diet only.

They want you to ditch the meat and eat vegetarian!

That is up to you as it is “Your Health, Your Choice”, but remember if you are overweight and/or have diabetes it is too much carbs that have been found time and time again to be the villain! So depending on your individualized carbohydrate needs you still have to watch the carbs.
